Joy Jacobson is excited to attend her first PersaCon!

She has been an actress in LA for the past several years after receiving her MFA from the California Institute of the Arts.

Some of her favorite roles include Ophelia in “Hamlet” and Carol Cutrere in “Orpheus Descending”.

After spending her first year after grad school performing in equity theatres, she made the transition to Hollywood and landed roles in film, tv, and commercials. Recent credits include “Just Jordan” and “Drifter: Henry Lee Lucas”.

She also loves the world of improv and voice-over. Of course, one of her very favorite roles is Lili in Tekken. This past fall, Joy wrote, produced and directed her first short film “If Only” and is currently producing and writing a feature length script.
